This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to the booking of halls at Fiatlexe International Arbitration Centre LLP’s website (hereinafter referred to as “FIAC”).
2. Booking and Cancelation
- Advance Payment : A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Cancelation by User : If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at least 5 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 5 days of the booking date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancelation by FIAC : In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of the advance payment.
3. Refund Process
- Eligibility : Refunds will only be processed for cancellations made in accordance with the terms outlined above.
- Processing Time : Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of written cancellation approval sent by FIAC.
- Method to Refund : Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the booking
4. Non-Refundable Charges
Certain charges, such as administrative fees and registration fees, are non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding refunds, you may contact us at secretary@fiac.co.in . We will try to resolve your issue within 30 days of the cancellation intimation. If the issue remains unresolved, you may seek redressal through the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forums.
6. Charges to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after such changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
